In this video I assemble the Granberg small log chainsaw mill. I also assemble a first cut rail system from Amazon and grind my own ripping chain with a budget chain grinder. A chain saw mill is the perfect solution to high lumber prices if you have projects to complete.  I am lookin forward to using this chainsaw mill to  make all the lumber that I need for those outdoor buildings and projects that I have I have been putting off due to absurd lumber prices that we currently have to deal with in the United States.

Backyard beekeeping is a great hobby with some amazing rewards.  In this video I will show you how to correctly install a nucleus colony, NUC of honeybees.   I cover the gear, feeding and how to get the colony established on a strong footing.  Installing a NUC of bees is not complicated but there are a few things that have to be done correctly if you want your colony to start strong with every advantage that you can give them.   I have also included a list of resources below so you can get all the necessary equipment including the bees themselves with mated queen.  Barnyard beekeeping is an extremely rewarding hobby although not inexpensive or easy.  It requires knowledge of bees and great attention to detail.  For all of the cost, if you get proficient at bee keeping you can make your money back in the first season by selling the honey,  You also do the world a favor by managing your own colony of pollinators.  Your garden will also thank you.  Enjoy the video!
