Thor's hammer fire striker

OK FOLKS, Due to relentless pressure I have decided to make these Thor's Hammer, fire strikers available, for a limited time. PRICE.....45.00 including shipping. They are each hand made and ground by eye, then hardened in my forge, it is a lot more work than you think. All for the price of a designer ball cap, and it will last you FOREVER. Email me if you want one, M40surgeon@gmail.com,

I will not make them without my makers mark, I will not stamp any other runes in them.

Great device for starting that Yule fire, or those special Blot and Sumble that require a fire.  The original nine are already gone, it will take me a couple of days to make more.

I can make them Blued (as shown) or bead blasted.
Thanks. Norseman www.survivology101.com

More cool stuff that I have made.

  4. ANONYMOUS,
WOW anger issues? A broken file will do the same thing if that is the way you want to go. This kind of shit is a personal choice. I deduced the price from the value of that amount of stock in a finished knife. I only made the first nine as gifts to some close friends and A LOT of people asked me to make them. I took a poll and many of them said it was worth MUCH more than that to them. I don't understand why you are so hostile about it.

Its cool man, Relax, this is a safe place, we are all friends here.

  9. Hellhammer says:
I like them. If someone wants to use a file and feel sense of smug bushcraftiness let them. Ignore the rudeness of retards everywhere, true people do not pick on those with artistic talent. If I could afford to I would buy one right now and wear it with pride. You will be hearing from me.

    1. You don't need to post this. I'm an old but capable Marine and you are my hero. You are there, they are not. I just found your web and like it. Stay real Marine. Don't give these "shit stains" another minute. I'm 62 years old. I've been shooting, training troops, cops, military and studying guns and police shootings for 63 years(Marine wife). If I can add to your efforts, standing by.

  12. Awesome! Great Work. What Are You Striking It On In The Video?

  13. In the video I am striking it on a run of the mill, ferro bar. More specifically one made by Doan.

  14. Just so you know, it will strike a good spark off of flint or chert as well. I started a fire with flint and charcloth off the hammer tonight.
